Lottery Timeline/ Cronología de la Loteria
Lottery will open for all interested parents/guardians in the school office on January 1, 2025.
La lotería se abrirá para todos los padres / tutores interesados en la oficina de la escuela el 1 de enero de 2025.
All lottery applications must be completed online by midnight on March 6, 2025. One application must be submitted per student. If more than one form per student has been submitted, that student will be disqualified.
Todas las solicitudes de lotería deben recibirse antes de la media noche del 6 marzo de 2025. Se debe presentar una solicitud por estudiante. Si se ha enviado más de un formulario por alumno, ese alumno será descalificado.
The drawing will be held on March 7, 2025. El sorteo se realizará el 7 de marzo de 2025.
Once the lottery happens, you will receive notification via email of an offer to enroll or if you received an open seat or your placed on the waitlist.
Una vez que ocurra la lotería, recibirá una notificación a través de correo electronico sobre una oferta para inscribirse o si recibió un asiento abierto o su puesto en la lista de espera.
Following the drawing, VCA staff will follow up with parents of students to be enrolled.
Después del sorteo, el personal de VCA hará un seguimiento con los padres de los estudiantes que se inscribirán.
Parents selected for enrollment will be informed that all enrollment documentation must be completed no later than April 4, 2025 by 12:00 p.m. If the documents are not completed within this timeframe, the student will lose their spot and the next name will be taken from the waiting list.
Los padres seleccionados para la inscripción serán informados de que toda la documentación de inscripción debe completarse a más tardar el 4 de abril de 2025 antes de las 12:00 p.m. Si los documentos no se completan dentro de este plazo, el estudiante perderá su lugar y el siguiente nombre será ser tomado de la lista de espera.
When a student from the waiting list is offered enrollment, the parent/guardian will have three (3) days to determine whether to accept or reject the offer of enrollment and complete the enrollment process.
Cuando a un estudiante de la lista de espera se le ofrece inscripción, el padre / tutor tendrá tres (3) días para determinar si acepta o rechaza la oferta de inscripción y completa el proceso de inscripción.
