Lottery Timeline/ Cronología de la Loteria
Lottery will open for all interested parents/guardians through our school website on December 8, 2025.
An application must be submitted @ www.villagecharteracademy.com
El sorteo para todos los padres/tutores interesados se abrirá a través de la página web de nuestra escuela el 8
de diciembre de 2025. La solicitud debe enviarse a través de www.villagecharteracademy.com
All lottery applications must be completed online by midnight on March 5, 2026. One application must be
submitted per student. If more than one form per student has been submitted, that student will be
disqualified.
Todas las solicitudes de lotería deben recibirse antes de la media noche del 5 marzo de 2026. Se debe presentar
una solicitud por estudiante. Si se ha enviado más de un formulario por alumno, ese alumno será descalificado.
The drawing will be held on March 6, 2026. El sorteo se realizará el 6 de marzo de 2026.
Once the lottery happens, you will receive notification via email of an offer to enroll or if your child is
placed on the waitlist.
Una vez realizado el sorteo, recibirá una notificación por correo electrónico indicándole si existe una oferta
para inscribir a su hijo o si este ha sido incluido en la lista de espera.
If your child was selected for the new school year a VCA staff member will follow up with parents
regarding enrollment documents. Parents selected for enrollment will be informed that all enrollment
documentation must be completed no later than March 26, 2026 by 12:00 p.m. If the documents are not
completed within this timeframe, the student will lose their spot and the next name will be taken from the
waiting list.
Si su hijo/a fue seleccionado/a para el nuevo año escolar, un miembro del personal de VCA se comunicará con
usted para solicitar los documentos de inscripción. Los padres seleccionados serán informados de que toda la
documentación debe estar completa a más tardar el 26 de marzo de 2026 a las 12:00 p. m. Si no se completa
dentro de este plazo, el estudiante perderá su lugar y se tomará el siguiente nombre de la lista de espera.
When a student from the waiting list is offered enrollment, the parent/guardian will have three (3) days
to determine whether to accept or reject the offer of enrollment and complete the enrollment process.
Cuando a un estudiante de la lista de espera se le ofrece inscripción, el padre / tutor tendrá tres (3) días para
determinar si acepta o rechaza la oferta de inscripción y completa el proceso de inscripción.
